Plan of Formation: Rooted in the Covenant
New demands and the formative needs of today’s religious life and Pope John Paul II’s appeal in the apostolic exhortation Vita consacrata led the Institute to draw up a new Plan of formation. The GC XX entrusted this task to the General Council. The Project was achieved with the involvement of both provinces and communities and becamed an opportunity for personal and community vocational growth throughout the Institute.

Planning of the Formation Sector  2015 – 2020
Criteria that guided the drafting of the Sector Program:

  • Assumption of the Chapter Guidelines and the Council Program.
  • Future prospects regarding the reality of Formation in the Institute indicated in Mother’s Report for the six year term  2008-2014.
  • Continuation of the processes begun by the Sector in the last six-year term for the enculturation of the Formation Plan.
  • Essentiality, listening,  openness, involvement, flexibility in the processes of animating and accompanying.
  • Empowering coordination for communion through a more effective inter-sectoral collaboration in reflecting-planning together some transversal processes.
