Santiago (Chile). On 22 April 2026, the Provincial, Sister Marisol González, together with the Council of the Saint Gabriel Archangel Province (CIL) inaugurated the new provincial website: www.fmachile.org
In an era when digital spaces have become veritable meeting places, the Chilean Province has renewed its commitment to “inhabit” these spaces with an educational and evangelizing spirit seeking, in particular, to reach out to the young people whom Mary Help of Christians entrusts to its mission, by offering an attentive, meaningful, and hope-filled presence.
This space serves as an open door to the digital world, offering a means to continue sharing and recounting the story of life. Through this platform, visitors can explore the schools of the Province, learn about the Laura Vicuña Sanctuary and the Blessed Laura Vicuña Foundation, the NGO VIDES, and the Salesian House, as well as delve deeper into the history and vocational dimension of the Institute of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians. Above all, however, the focus is placed on what is essential: the life that God bestows, the very God who calls and sends the FMA every day into the midst of the Educating Communities, from Iquique to Punta Arenas.
The website also serves as a bridge to the universal and local Church, embracing the voice of Pope Leo XIV and of the pastors, and allowing itself to be enriched by the journey shared with the entire Institute worldwide, particularly through the animation of the Superior General, Mother Chiara Cazzuola.
As it invites you to visit and explore this new website, the CIL Province expresses its gratitude to the Provincial Social Communications team for its management, and particularly to the developers, Alejandro Gallegos and Mauricio Machuca, members of the team, who worked to bring to fruition this project, which first began to take shape alongside Sister Susana Díaz, the former Coordinator.
May this space also serve as an opportunity to recognize, give thanks for, and celebrate the new life that God continues to cause to blossom among the FMA and the Educating Communities of Chile!
