Legacies – Legates and Inheritance in favor of the Institute of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians

The International Institute of Mary Help of Christians of the Salesians of Don Bosco can receive Legacies, Legates and Inheritances for the missions and for all the activities it promotes in the world. Every donation: money, financial and investment availability, policy, property, work of art will become a valuable support for missions and solidarity projects that ensure water, food, health, education, and instruction.

You can leave it by Testament (Will) indicating:

A) f it regards a Legacy:

Of movable-immovable goods
“… I bequeath to the International Institute of Mary Help of Christians of the Salesians of Don Bosco, with headquarters in Rome, via dell’Ateneo Salesiano n. 81 chap 00139, the sum of € …, or securities per euro …, or policy …, etc., for the institutional purposes of the Entity” (or for a particular Mission).

B) If it deals with an Inheritance:

“…I revoke and annul all my previous testamentary dispositions. With this testament I appoint as my universal heir l’ISTITUTO INTERNAZIONALE MARIA AUSILIATRICE DELLE SALESIANE DI DON BOSCO, with its see in Roma, via dell’Ateneo Salesiano n. 81 cap 00139, leaving to it everything that belongs to me in any way, movable and immovable property, for the institutional purposes of the Entity”.

– The will must be written in its entirety by the testator him/herself and must contain his/her signature as well as the date and place.

– Specify clearly both in the case of legacy and of inheritance, the address and the cadastral data of the property (e.g. location, street/square, floor, interior, in Cadastral to Sheet, particle, subordinate).
