Rome (Italy). April 27, 2023 marks the 15th anniversary of the Dies Natalis, or birth into heaven, of the Servant of God Sr. Antonietta Böhm, Daughter of Mary Help of Christians (Bottrop Westphalia, Germany, 22 September 1907 – Coacalco, Mexico, 27 April 2008).
On 6 April, the 50° Anniversario of the bestowal of the statuette of Mary Help of Christians to Mother Antonietta Böhm by Mother Ersilia Crugnola was remembered.
These are two events that encourage us to grow in love and trust in the powerful intercession of Mary Help of Christians and to strengthen our Marian identity. To remember them a moment of prayer is proposed to be lived in the communities, also in preparation for the month of May.
A song dedicated to Mary Most Holy is also suggested, written on the occasion of this anniversary by Sr. Guadalupe Mastranzo, FMA of the Mexican Province of Our Lady of Guadalupe (MME).
The Church proposes new saints, above all to present current models to the faithful to imitate, as well as intercessors. For this reason, it is important to know and make known the sanctity of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians on the way to the Canonization.
It will also be possible to participate in live streaming in the Eucharistic Celebration, which will be held on April 27 at 10:00 AM (Mexico time) – 6:00 PM (Italy time) – broadcast through Mother Antonietta Böhm Facebook page.
