Mumbai (India). On 31 January 2025, Sister Teresa Joseph, Daughter of Mary Help of Christians of the Indian Province St. Mary Mazzarello (INB), received the Golden Book Award 2025 – Category “Personal and Interpersonal Growth” for her book “Dream Big Dream True – 35 tips to make the best of your life”.

The Golden Book Awards is an initiative of the Publishing House Wings Publication International to recognize and reward the most appreciated books of the year and the authors for the good work done. The prize was awarded at an event bringing together renowned authors and publishers in Pune, Maharashtra.

Published by St. Paul India Editions, for the first time in 2004, the book “Dream Big Dream True” has reached its 10th edition and has been translated into several languages, including Marathi, Hindi, Braille, and Khasi, making its message accessible to a diverse audience. Over the years, has received several awards and high ratings from platforms such as Amazon, with a great impact on readers, dealing with topics such as self-confidence, self-esteem, optimism, forgiveness, and friendship, and offering practical advice to improve their lives.

Professor Cosmas Rynshon, who wrote the preface to the Khasi edition, praised the volume, noting: “Content of this kind on self-help and personal motivation does not exist in Khasi. This recognition highlights the cultural relevance of the book and its ability to fill a gap in motivational literature available only in some languages.”

Manika Singh, CEO of Wings Publication International, praised the work of Sister Teresa, stating, “We are honored to present it on our platform, recognizing its exceptional impact on readers of all kinds.”

After receiving the award, Sister Teresa Joseph expressed her gratitude by stating, “The Golden Book Award has given me another chance to experience the depth of my passion. I am glad that my book has passed the rigorous selection process.”

Sister Teresa, who has a doctorate in Education Science from the Pontifical Faculty of Education Science “Auxilium” in Rome, attributes her inspiration for writing to her professors, who stressed the importance of writing for teachers. This formative experience aroused in her a great appreciation for the power of words and their ability to shape people’s lives.

Her academic formation, combined with years of experience as a Salesian Sister, led her to believe deeply in the human potential and the importance of cultivating, not only the intellect, but also the emotional and spiritual well-being of individuals.
