Rome (Italy). Best Wishes Mother Yvonne! The Institute of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians celebrates, on 14 January 2021, the Feast of the Life of Sister Yvonne Reungoat, Superior General of the Institute of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians since 2008 and President of the Union of Major Superiors of Italy (USMI) since 2018.
The Communities of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians, the laity, and young people of the Salesian Family, express words, gestures of affection, and prayers for the gift of her life given to the Institute in the Church.
Grateful thanks to Mother Yvonne for her tireless service of animation in the Institute of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians, for the invitation to peace and hope, to educational-evangelizing action with and for the poorest young people, to courage in proclaiming the Gospel of joy!
May this special day be gladdened by the blessing of the Lord. May His light guide her steps on the path of life.

Carissima Madre, siamo la comunita’ S. Giuseppe, Chofu (Giappone) Prima di tutto, tanti Auguri per il suo compleanno! Le vogliamo fare anche le Congratulazioni per l’Onorificenza della “Legion l’Honeur” ricevuta ultimamente. Quando noi pero’ pensiamo a lei, lo facciamo con nostalgia della sua visita, dei suoi tratti di maternita’ manifestati quando e’ stata fra noi e anche per quelli che ci manifesta sempre attraverso le sue circolari! Noi, non possiamo fare grandi cose, ma la nostra missione e’ soprattutto quella di pregare. Lei e’ senz’altro tra le persone piu’ presenti nella nostra preghiera. Speriamo stia bene e le auguriamo di continuare ad esserlo. Invochiamo inoltre la benedizione del Signore sull’evento del 150mo dell’Istituto e sul Capitolo generale ormai vicino! Grazie!
