Quito (Ecuador). On 25 June 2024, Sacred Heart Province (ECU) of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians of Ecuador officially launched their new website: www.salesianasecuador.org

The event took place at Mary Help of Christians House of Spirituality and Congresses in Quito Cumbayá, with the presence of the Provincial, Sister María Piña Cruz; the Communication Team and the Sisters of the third group of Spiritual Exercises.

The launch took place online, with the participation of various representatives of the FMA Educating Communities and followers of the Province’s social networks.

“Our founders taught us that authentic communication is a bridge that puts us in tune with the lives of our brothers and sisters, unites hearts and minds, promoting the culture of encounter, where we live on the internet, starting from our charismatic option as educators, makes us collaborators of God and with Him generators of life,” are the words of the Provincial in her message during the online broadcast.

The new website has been carefully designed to be an effective tool in promoting knowledge and dissemination of the life, works, and initiatives of Sacred Heart Province.

It is in fact conceived as a dynamic space, where the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians and collaborators can access updated information on the presence of the FMA Institute in the Country and find precious resources for the Educating Communities, members of the Salesian Family, and other interested bodies. Furthermore, it will act as a bridge with other sites of ecclesial interest at a global, continental, and national level.

With this launch, Sacred Heart Province, through Social Communication reaffirms its commitment to responding to the challenges of the contemporary world, using digital media to communicate the Good News to young people, especially taking care of the communicative dimension that embraces fraternal, charismatic and apostolic relationships.
