Haledon (United States) On April 18, 2020, the Temporary Professed Daughters of Mary Help of Christians of St. Joseph Province of the United States and Canada (SEC) had an online meeting with the Provincial Sr. Joanne Holloman, and the Provincial Councillor Sr. Lou Ann Fantauzza, via the Zoom platform. The purpose of the meeting was to share reflections on the letter of the General Councillor for Formation, Sister Nieves Reboso, regarding young women in formation.

Each FMA recounted her life experience during this time of quarantine due to the Covid-19 pandemic, relating to school, mission, community, and personal life. In addition, each shared her meditations on the Word of God and on the Constitutions of the FMA Institute, in particular on how this moment of crisis has turned into a moment of grace within her own formative path.

On the whole, they found themselves full of hope and gratitude for the graces received at this time, especially for the opportunity to grow in their relationship with God through prayer and community life. The FMA Temporary Professed continue to support each other in prayer, especially as they prepare to write their request for the renewal of  their vows.
