Rome (Italy).  A strong sense of family made unforgettable the two days of 19 and 20 March 2022 spent by Mother Chiara Cazzuola and by the General Councilors of the Institute of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians with the FMA San Biagio Community of Subiaco (Rome), of the Province St. John Bosco (IRO).

Warm welcome, essential but comfortable rooms, serene and profound dialogue. Voices and hearts united in prayer to God the Father and in the entrustment to St. Joseph on the eve of the Solemnity. After dinner, sharing the future prospects for this beautiful reality left a great sign of hope in everyone’s minds.

The Lord lives in this place that invites you to listen to His voice, to sincerely seek His will, to strengthen the journey of faith.

The Eucharistic Celebration of the third Sunday of Lent, presided over by the Benedictine abbot Mauro Meacci of the territorial abbey of Subiaco, initiated the silent and solitary reflection in the wide spaces of the natural setting, dotted with calls to listening and interiorizing the Word. The choral prayer of the itinerant Rosary invoked peace on the whole world and preceded a fraternal, cheerful, and genuine meal.

In the afternoon, a space for sharing the Word could not be missing, which always enriches and arouses gratitude to the Lord for the gift of His Spirit and the interior richness of each sister.

San Biagio is a ‘house’ of prayer, which attracts young people, couples, adults, groups, anyone who wants to pause, look inside, share family life. ‘San Biagio’ tells each one that God desires to talk with His creatures and wants them to understand His great love for them.
