Cachoeira do Campo (Brazil). On 21 and 22 June 2023, the administrative and financial teams of the educational and socio-educational realities of Mother Mazzarello Province (BMM) went to Cachoeira do Campo, at St. Rose of Lima Spirituality Center, for a meeting on the theme of budget planning.
The objective of the meeting, which was attended by the representatives of the Finance Committee and of the presences of the Province, was to consolidate the culture of planning and guarantee the financial and charismatic sustainability of the Institutions, strengthening work in synergy.
The meeting was a unique opportunity to share experiences and seek strategies together to make the Salesian mission even more effective and incisive in the life of the recipients and families. In the moments of work together, the administrative and financial teams of the institutions were able to discuss and plan actions to improve the performance and sustainability of the various realities.
During the two days, various topics relating to the planning and financial management of the institutions were in fact addressed. Participants had the opportunity to share knowledge and good practices, and to tackle some common challenges together.
Mother Mazzarello Province continues its commitment to promoting meetings like these, which favor the growth and development of the Institutions of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians. Through the consolidation of the planning culture and the search for financial sustainability, the Province looks to the future of educational and socio-educational works, having at heart the lives of the thousands of people and families reached.
