Rome (Italy). The Course in Italian – that began in September 2023 with the participation of about fifty members of different Groups of the Salesian Family is about to conclude. Registration is now open for the online Formation Course in Spanish “I will give you the Teacher. Mary Mother and Educator in the Salesian Family,” offered by the Salesian Family of the FMA Institute, in collaboration with the Pontifical Faculty of Education Science «Auxilium» to deepen and revitalize the Marian dimension of the Charism.
The Course in Spanish will take place from March to September 2024 and is addressed to the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians and to the members of the SF who wish to know and deepen their Marian spirituality and then contribute to the animation of their own Provinces/Groups. According to the needs of local realities, it can also be attended by mixed groups of members of the Salesian Family, who meet to share the experience together.
The modules containing biblical, theological, and anthropological insights around the figure of Mary starting from Scripture and the Magisterium, with particular reference to the Salesian Charism, are delivered through video lessons, study, activities, and personal evaluations, live-streaming meetings between students and teachers. To obtain the Certificate of Participation, a final Paper is required that consists in the description of a project of Marian animation to be prepared according to the criteria acquired during the course.
