Rome (Italy). On May 31, 2018 in St. John Bosco Province Provincial House (IRO), there was the inauguration of the Exhibit of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians and the Salesians of St. John Bosco who had lived in this house or had visited it: Venerable Sr. Teresa Valsè Pantellini, Blessed Maddalena Morano, Servant of God Sr. Laura Meozzi; Fr. Giuseppe Costamagna, Fr. Paul Albera, Fr. Philip Rinaldi.

The Exhibit, which was prepared by Sr. Angela Marzorati, consisted of illustrative panels with photographs and writings that narrate the story. The door to access it is the old entrance.

Present at the event was the FMA Mother General and some Councilors, together with many sisters of the Province.

The Vespers prayed after the inauguration celebration had a special tone of gratitude to Mary that she may continue to be the Teacher and Guide of the Institute.

At the Good Night, Mother said: “We must return to the roots of our history. It is a sacred history; it is of the Institute and is the presence of the Holy Spirit. The Sisters who preceded us lived the charism in an original way. We are called to do the same, to recognize the holiness that each one lives, just as Mother Mazzarello had recognized it in Don Bosco, thus spreading the charism and making it vital. We pray that we may leave the door open to holiness”.
