Pet\u00e9n (Guatemala)<\/strong> A Comunidade Nossa Senhora de Guadalupe<\/em>, da Inspetoria Centro-americana Sant\u00edssimo Salvador<\/em>, realiza sua miss\u00e3o em Pet\u00e9n, um povoado fronteiri\u00e7o com o M\u00e9xico que conta com uma presen\u00e7a consistente de migrantes hondurenhos.<\/p>\n

Em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com a Par\u00f3quia S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds e a Pastoral Juvenil do pa\u00eds, as FMA coordenam uma equipe de volunt\u00e1rios que, todos os dias, trazem as ajudas necess\u00e1rias e prestam assist\u00eancia \u00e0s fam\u00edlias dos migrantes.<\/p>\n

A pandemia de Covid-19, que causou perda de empregos e consequente aumento da pobreza, fez com que mais fam\u00edlias partissem em busca de uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o melhor nos pa\u00edses vizinhos.\u00a0 O fechamento das fronteiras entre os estados por raz\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a levou a um aumento de migrantes nos povoados fronteiri\u00e7os, como o de Pet\u00e9n.<\/p>\n

A Comunidade das FMA, em rede com a par\u00f3quia e as associa\u00e7\u00f5es locais, est\u00e1 empenhada na gest\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es assistenciais: cozinhar refei\u00e7\u00f5es quentes e distribuir alimento, \u00e1gua e roupas na rua principal da cidade e em frente \u00e0 par\u00f3quia, dando um sorriso aos migrantes e\u00a0 fornecendo as informa\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para orientar-se no pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

Diz uma FMA: \u00abFoi comovente perguntar-lhes o nome, de onde v\u00eam, etc. N\u00f3s, em Honduras, pastoralmente, conhecemos seus lugares de origem, por isso, no di\u00e1logo, falamos sobre a Virgem de Supapa, em como \u00e9 bela a cidade de S\u00e3o Pedro, ou sobre Sultana de Ocidente, vendo ent\u00e3o o seu sorriso “.<\/em><\/p>\n

O acolhimento e a ajuda aos migrantes que vivem experi\u00eancias de precariedade e marginaliza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um desafio pastoral que requer fazer-nos pr\u00f3ximas: \u00abOs desalojados oferecem-nos esta oportunidade de encontrar o Senhor (…). Trata-se de um desafio pastoral ao qual somos chamadas a responder com os quatro verbos que indiquei na mensagem para essa Jornada em 2018: acolher, proteger, promover e integrar\u201d <\/em>(Papa Francisco, Messaggio per la 106ma Giornata Mondiale del Migrante e del Rifugiato 2020<\/a>).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
