Carmela Busia e a Referente para a Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Profissional, Ir. Monica Roncari, encontraram-se para uma discuss\u00e3o online com os Formadores encarregados da coordena\u00e7\u00e3o educativo-pastoral e aos Diretores dos Escrit\u00f3rios Operacionais do CIOFS-FP no Piemonte.<\/p>\n<p>O objetivo era compartilhar tudo o que se experimentou no tempo da pandemia de Covid-19 no ensino com os estudantes, com uma intensa carga de trabalho e viv\u00eancia, para n\u00e3o perder sua riqueza, apesar das dificuldades objetivas.<\/p>\n<p>Os formadores presentes na videoconfer\u00eancia pararam para refletir, guiados por tr\u00eas quest\u00f5es: O que voc\u00ea ganhou profissionalmente e como crist\u00e3o com a experi\u00eancia que estamos vivendo? O que voc\u00ea acha que ajudou as crian\u00e7as a viver este tempo? Que aten\u00e7\u00f5es continuar a ter em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a eles?<\/p>\n<p>A releitura da situa\u00e7\u00e3o deixou transparecer humanidade e riqueza interior por parte dos Professores, junto com o esp\u00edrito de servi\u00e7o e aos valores salesianos postos para responder de imediato \u00e0 situa\u00e7\u00e3o de emerg\u00eancia vivida pelos jovens estudantes, com fam\u00edlias provadas econ\u00f4mica e emocionalmente, sem ferramentas tecnol\u00f3gicas adequadas e muitas vezes na solid\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>As reflex\u00f5es que surgiram trouxeram \u00e0 luz um grande trabalho dos Formadores para levar em frente o ensino e a rela\u00e7\u00e3o com as crian\u00e7as, com o objetivo de n\u00e3o deixar ningu\u00e9m para tr\u00e1s, como teriam feito Dom Bosco e Madre Mazzarello.<\/p>\n<p>Aqui est\u00e3o seus depoimentos:<\/p>\n<p><em>Tentei passar mensagens, n\u00e3o apenas conte\u00fado educacional. Como crist\u00e3, desenvolvi uma ideia mais clara da humanidade. O nosso ensino, ao contr\u00e1rio daquele de outras escolas, \u00e9 muito mais humano. O que essa experi\u00eancia trouxe para as crian\u00e7as? A import\u00e2ncia das pequenas coisas (um passeio no parque, uma partida de futebol &#8230;), a perman\u00eancia em casa permitiu a redescoberta da fam\u00edlia, a tecnologia como recurso (antes era usada para o tempo livre). Devemos continuar prestando aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s fam\u00edlias. (Silvia)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>As crian\u00e7as estavam realmente no centro. O objetivo era n\u00e3o deixar ningu\u00e9m para tr\u00e1s. Os meninos disseram: &#8220;Voc\u00ea nunca nos abandonou, voc\u00ea nos ajudou a dar sentido a esse absurdo&#8221;.
