Ir. Elena Rastello participou, pelo \u00c2mbito da Pastoral Juvenil, representando o Instituto das Filhas de Maria Auxiliadora.<\/p>\n<p>O encontro tem o objetivo de sensibilizar a opini\u00e3o p\u00fablica sobre a a\u00e7\u00e3o em n\u00edvel global para combater o crime da viol\u00eancia sexual e do estupro como arma de guerra. No painel foi apresentada a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o oferecida pelas Congrega\u00e7\u00f5es religiosas femininas e maculinas para o cuidado, o apoio e a integra\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas v\u00edtimas e sobreviventes.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e3o milhares e milhares de mulheres, de jovens, de meninas violentadas e marcadas para toda a vida pela viol\u00eancia sexual sofrida nos conflitos. Pelo poder, pela posse e a supremacia aterrorizam-se comunidades e aldeias, como na B\u00f3snia, nos anos Noventa e, para convenc\u00ea-las a n\u00e3o opor resist\u00eancia, os agressores atacam predominantemente as mulheres.<\/p>\n<p>No encontro foram apresentados dois ativistas aos quais foi concedido o <em>Pr\u00eamio Nobel da Paz 2018. <\/em>Uma jovem iraquiana yazida, Nadia Murad, que lutou pelos direitos humanos e a paz depois de ter sido aprisionada pela Isis, em agosto de 2014, conservada como ref\u00e9m juntamente com muitas mulheres do seu povo, tornou-se, depois, s\u00edmbolo do genoc\u00eddio de sua comunidade e embaixadora da ONU pela dignidade dos sobreviventes do tr\u00e1fico de seres humanos; um m\u00e9dico da Rep\u00fablica Democr\u00e1tica do Congo, Denis Mukwege, que dedica a pr\u00f3pria vida a cuidar de mulheres v\u00edtimas de abusos e viol\u00eancias. \u00c9 um reconhecimento merecido a dois ativistas corajosos e tenazes, capazes de pagar pessoalmente pelo pr\u00f3prio servi\u00e7o \u00e0 paz, atrav\u00e9s da luta n\u00e3o violenta, para que seja reconhecida a dor das mulheres v\u00edtimas de abusos sexuais e seja confirmada a dignidade humana.<\/p>\n<p>Concluindo o encontro foi <em>projetado o v\u00eddeo \u201cO homem que defende as mulheres\u201d, <\/em>um filme document\u00e1rio para conhecer a obra do Dr. Mukwege e para mostrar a efic\u00e1cia de op\u00e7\u00f5es do m\u00e9dico, que constroem paz e justi\u00e7a e que s\u00e3o de luta aut\u00eantica, n\u00e3o violenta, ao lado de tantas mulheres, especialmente as mais indefesas: <em>\u201cQuantas vezes, observando-as em seus leitos de dor, me senti desesperado e me perguntei: como poder\u00e3o refazer-se? E cada vez descubro que elas se p\u00f5em novamente em p\u00e9 n\u00e3o por si mesmas, mas por suas fam\u00edlias, por seus filhos. Creio que n\u00f3s homens temos muito que aprender delas\u201d. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Muitas religiosas e religiosos se inclinam com ternura sobre as feridas das mulheres.
