Le deuxi\u00e8me groupe commencera la formation \u00e0 partir du 19 septembre.<\/p>\n<p>Le th\u00e8me de la rencontre de formation \u00e9tait\u00a0: <strong>\u2018\u2019Prendre soin de soi et des autres pour un service responsable\u2019\u2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au cours des journ\u00e9es de formation, <strong>s\u0153ur Milena Stevani<\/strong>, Fille de Marie Auxiliatrice, Professeure de Psychologie \u00e0 la Facult\u00e9 Pontificale des Sciences de l\u2019Education \u2018\u2019Auxilium\u2019\u2019 de Rome, \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sente et a apport\u00e9 sa pr\u00e9cieuse contribution.<\/p>\n<p>La proposition de formation pour les Directrices dans le domaine psychologique et humain a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9e par la Commission pour la Formation de la CIAO, compos\u00e9e de cinq FMA des diff\u00e9rentes Provinces CIAO, anim\u00e9e par s\u0153ur Jessica Salva\u00f1a, FMA, actuellement Sup\u00e9rieure de la Vice-Province Marie M\u00e8re de l\u2019Eglise (RMC).<\/p>\n<p>Les sujets sp\u00e9cifiques abord\u00e9s \u00e9taient\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le service de l\u2019autorit\u00e9\u00a0: un appel sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 \u2018\u2019prendre soin\u2019\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Prendre soin de soi afin de pouvoir marcher avec les s\u0153urs.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019attention \u00e0 chaque s\u0153ur et l\u2019attention \u00e0 la mission de la communaut\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Le soin de la relation avec les s\u0153urs.<\/li>\n<li>Le soin de la communication.<\/li>\n<li>Le soin de l\u2019entretien personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Quelques conditions pour une discussion constructive lors de l\u2019entretien personnel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9change enrichissant en petits groupes linguistiques \u2013 anglais, italien et cor\u00e9en \u2013 ainsi que la possibilit\u00e9 de clarifications personnelles ou en assembl\u00e9e avec s\u0153ur Milena, ont aid\u00e9 les participantes \u00e0 mieux comprendre le r\u00f4le de la Directrice de Communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>S\u0153ur Anelfreda Miranda, du Secteur pour la Formation de l\u2019Institut FMA, depuis Rome, de la Maison G\u00e9n\u00e9rale, a donn\u00e9 la Bonne Nuit du premier jour via Zoom, tandis que le deuxi\u00e8me jour, la Province \u2018\u2019Stella Maris\u2019\u2019 a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sa r\u00e9alit\u00e9, et lors du troisi\u00e8me jour, les s\u0153urs du Myanmar ont partag\u00e9 la situation du Pays.<\/p>\n<p>En signe de gratitude r\u00e9ciproque, le soir du troisi\u00e8me jour, chaque Province a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des chants et des danses traditionnels de leurs nations respectives.
