{"id":8412,"date":"2018-02-28T12:44:05","date_gmt":"2018-02-28T11:44:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cgfmanet.org\/info-sphere\/competenze-trasversali-una-sfida-educativa\/"},"modified":"2019-11-04T12:48:56","modified_gmt":"2019-11-04T11:48:56","slug":"competences-transversales-un-defi-educatif","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cgfmanet.org\/fr\/info-sphere\/eglise\/competences-transversales-un-defi-educatif\/","title":{"rendered":"Comp\u00e9tences transversales : un d\u00e9fi \u00e9ducatif"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Rome (Italie). <\/strong>Samedi 24 f\u00e9vrier 2018 s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 \u00e0 Rome un s\u00e9minaire d\u2019\u00e9tudes organis\u00e9 par le Centre d\u2019Etudes pour l\u2019Ecole Catholique et l\u2019Universit\u00e9 (UNESU) de la Conf\u00e9rence Episcopale Italienne (CEI), au titre \u201c<em>Comp\u00e9tences transversales. <\/em><em>Le d\u00e9fi \u00e9ducatif des qualit\u00e9s humaines\u00bb. <\/em>A cette journ\u00e9e ont particip\u00e9 quelques FMA collaboratrices de l\u2019Office FMA pour la Pastorale des Jeunes, ou provenant des Provinces italiennes et de la Facult\u00e9 Pontificale des Sciences de l\u2019Education \u00ab Auxilium \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Cette journ\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9tudes a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduite par le Professeur Ernest Diaco, Directeur de l\u2019INESU, qui affirma : \u00ab <em>Le devoir de l\u2019\u00e9cole est d\u2019offrir \u00e0 chaque personne les instruments pour affronter la vie, de donner un bagage culturel et humain qui conduise \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir et \u00e0 vivre sa propre vocation dans le monde et \u00e0 produire un bien commun. Il y a toujours un risque de r\u00e9duire l\u2019instruction \u00e0 la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition d\u2019un savoir inerte, uniforme et impersonnel, d\u00e9tach\u00e9e de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. <\/em><em>En outre la demande en provenance du monde productif est si forte qu\u2019elle plie les syst\u00e8mes de formation en fonction des exigences du march\u00e9<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la situation actuelle de la culture et dans les diff\u00e9rents contextes \u00e9ducatifs mondiaux, le principal d\u00e9fi adress\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation est celui d\u2019encourager chez les \u00e9tudiants et les enseignants des capacit\u00e9s personnelles qui aillent au de-l\u00e0 de la possession de connaissances, de techniques et d\u2019habilet\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Ce sont les <em>qualit\u00e9s humaines transversales<\/em> aux diff\u00e9rentes disciplines et inh\u00e9rentes \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 relationnelle, au sens critique, \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, la flexibilit\u00e9, les aspects du caract\u00e8re et l\u2019ouverture \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le Professeur Michele Pellerey, SDB de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Pontificale Sal\u00e9sienne (UPS) de Rome et la Professeure Maria Cinque, Enseignante \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Lumsa de Rome, ont propos\u00e9 un approfondissement int\u00e9ressant sur ce th\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>Le premier affirma qu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui dans le monde du travail on fait la distinction entre comp\u00e9tences culturelles, technologiques et techniques-pratiques d\u00e9finies comp\u00e9tences transversales ou qualit\u00e9s humaines. Pour d\u00e9velopper ces derni\u00e8res il faut commencer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole maternelle, en particulier rechercher le d\u00e9veloppement de la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019autor\u00e9gulation dans l\u2019apprentissage et dans le comportement et mettant en \u00e9vidence le r\u00f4le des \u00ab fonctions ex\u00e9cutives \u00bb dans la promotion des comp\u00e9tences personnelles au niveau de l\u2019\u00e9cole maternelle et des premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es du primaire, comme le contr\u00f4le de l\u2019impulsivit\u00e9, de l\u2019attention et des \u00e9motions, la flexibilit\u00e9 et la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Dans l\u2019\u00e9cole secondaire il est essentiel au contraire le r\u00f4le de comp\u00e9tences \u00ab strat\u00e9giques \u00bb, cognitives, de planification et d\u2019organisation du temps et du travail, de participation \u00e0 la gestion des devoirs scolaires, de relation et de collaboration avec les autres. Selon Pellerey, \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience scolaire il serait bien de proposer aux \u00e9tudiants un bilan de ses propres comp\u00e9tences personnelles \u00ab dans le but de prendre conscience de ce \u00e0 quoi on se sent pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour affronter des \u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures ou le monde du travail \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La Professeure Cinque, dans son intervention a encourag\u00e9 les participants \u00e0 repenser \u00e0 leur fa\u00e7on de faire l\u2019\u00e9cole, parce que dans le monde du travail, en particulier \u00e0 travers ses recherches au niveau international, on est toujours plus interpell\u00e9 \u00e0 redimensionner l\u2019importance des comp\u00e9tences techniques en faveur d\u2019un ensemble plus large d\u2019habilet\u00e9s, d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant l\u2019attention du simple \u00ab savoir \u00bb ou du \u00ab savoir faire \u00bb \u00e0 la complexit\u00e9 de l\u2019action. En Italie, en Espagne et en Gr\u00e8ce, o\u00f9 le taux de ch\u00f4mage est le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, la diff\u00e9rence entre les comp\u00e9tences exig\u00e9es par les entreprises et les comp\u00e9tences des jeunes nouvellement dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s est plus importante. Pour cela l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne recommande des comp\u00e9tences personnelles transversales comme fondamentales dans le march\u00e9 du travail et sugg\u00e8re m\u00eame aux Universit\u00e9s de chercher \u00e0 donner une formation int\u00e9grale de la personne, puisque, comme le soutient l\u2019OSCE, \u00ab les comp\u00e9tences transversales contribuent aussi bien au bien-\u00eatre individuel qu\u2019au progr\u00e8s social \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi a d\u00e9but\u00e9 avec le rapport du professeur Massimo Tucciarelli, un Coach Professionnel Certifi\u00e9, qui a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la formation appropri\u00e9e pour les enseignants sur les comp\u00e9tences transversales et le \u00abcoaching\u00bb comme l\u2019outil privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 pour le d\u00e9veloppement de ces comp\u00e9tences dans les relations entre enseignants et \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Mais avant tout pour transformer l&rsquo;insatisfaction en objectif, il convient de \u00ab\u00a0<em>consid\u00e9rer s\u00e9par\u00e9ment tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui contribuent \u00e0 rendre op\u00e9rationnelle l&rsquo;attraction de l&rsquo;objectif, identifier les composantes per\u00e7ues comme des probl\u00e8mes, encadrer chaque composante probl\u00e9matique sous diff\u00e9rents points de vue jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir quelque chose de nouveau qui est pertinent pour avancer vers le changement<\/em> \u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>En conclusion du S\u00e9minaire la Professeure Alessandra La Marca, professeur de Sciences de la Fomation, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un rapport sur \u00ab <em>Comp\u00e9tences transversales et \u00e9ducation du caract\u00e8re<\/em> \u00bb, une approche qui ne se limite pas \u00e0 enseigner des techniques, mais propose aux \u00e9tudiants une r\u00e9flexion sur eux-m\u00eames et une attitude proactive face \u00e0 leur propre existence et au contexte social dans lequel ils vivent.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rome (Italie).
