Lubumbashi (RD Congo).<\/strong> Du 31 ao\u00fbt au 9 septembre 2021 un groupe de 14 \u00e9tudiants de l’Institut Sup\u00e9rieur des Arts et M\u00e9tiers Marie Auxiliatrice<\/em> (ISAMM) des Filles de Marie Auxiliatrice de la Communaut\u00e9 B. Laura Vicu\u00f1a<\/em> de Lubumbashi, Province ND d’Afrique<\/em> (AFC), a effectu\u00e9 un stage professionnel \u00e0 Lusaka, en Zambie.<\/p>\n

Depuis quatre ans, l’ISAMM organise un stage professionnel \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en Tanzanie. Cette ann\u00e9e, la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale a choisi Lusaka pour les opportunit\u00e9s li\u00e9es aux diff\u00e9rents secteurs dont sont issus les jeunes \u00e9tudiants : stylisme et cr\u00e9ation de mode, technologie vestimentaire, technique esth\u00e9tique, h\u00f4tellerie et tourisme et architecture d’int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n

Les jeunes, accompagn\u00e9s d’enseignantes tutrices et de Sr Albertine Tshikomb, FMA, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillis et h\u00e9berg\u00e9s \u00e0 Makeni, Lusaka, dans le Centre de Formation Mornese City of Hope<\/em> des FMA de la Communaut\u00e9 S. Marie D. Mazzarello, Province de Notre Dame de la Paix (AFM),<\/em> o\u00f9 ils ont pu respirer une ambiance familiale.<\/p>\n

Parmi les objectifs du voyage, il y avait de concilier la th\u00e9orie apprise en classe avec la pratique dans les entreprises du secteur, attisant la curiosit\u00e9 vers la nouveaut\u00e9, pour approfondir et apprendre le m\u00e9tier en tant qu’ouvriers, plut\u00f4t qu’en tant qu’observateurs.<\/p>\n

Les \u00e9tudiants en design ont effectu\u00e9 des stages dans des entreprises de fabrication de chaussures et dans le secteur de l’imprimerie ; les \u00e9tudiants en techniques esth\u00e9tiques en laboratoire d’esth\u00e9tique et de massage et en salle de sport ; \u00e9tudiants en gestion h\u00f4teli\u00e8re et touristique dans les centres d’accueil, dans les services de blanchisserie et de linge, dans les chambres et en cuisine; les \u00e9tudiants en technique vestimentaire ont fait leur apprentissage dans la communaut\u00e9, accompagn\u00e9s d’un formateur venu du Botswana, en raison de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver des ateliers, toujours ferm\u00e9s en raison de la pand\u00e9mie de la Covid-19. A la fin de la p\u00e9riode de stage, les \u00e9tudiants ont re\u00e7u un certificat de participation.<\/p>\n

L’exp\u00e9rience a permis aux jeunes de grandir professionnellement, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l’accompagnement de formateurs comp\u00e9tents et disponibles et de s’ouvrir sur le monde, en approfondissant les valeurs humaines, culturelles et sociales d’un autre pays et en tissant de nouvelles relations.<\/p>\n
