Les quatre premi\u00e8res FMA, trois italiennes et une anglaise, arriv\u00e8rent \u00e0 Limerick \u00e0 la demande de l\u2019Ev\u00eaque O\u2019Halloran, qui depuis qu\u2019il \u00e9tait jeune pr\u00eatre avait connu Don Bosco \u00e0 Turin.<\/p>\n<p>Une publication, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e le 28 f\u00e9vrier 2020 pendant la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cgfmanet.org\/fr\/ifma-fr\/visita-di-madre-yvonne-reungoat-allispettoria-nostra-signora-regina-dirlanda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">visite de M\u00e8re Yvonne Reungoat \u00e0 la Province IRL,<\/a> raconte l\u2019histoire du d\u00e9but de l\u2019\u0152uvre des FMA en Irlande. Sr. Sarah O\u2019Rourke, une des auteurs de \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Against the Odds<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb (Contre toute probabilit\u00e9), \u00e9crivait\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Je pense que ce qui m\u2019a le plus frapp\u00e9e est que les s\u0153urs ont commenc\u00e9 une fondation dans une zone de guerre\u00a0\u00bb [\u2026] \u00ab\u00a0Je ne suis pas convaincue du tout que jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent nous ayons pleinement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 les risques et le courage qui \u00e9tait demand\u00e9s \u00e0 ces pionni\u00e8res\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9pit des dangers, ces s\u0153urs ont rapidement ouvert une \u00e9cole du soir pour les jeunes qui n\u2019avaient pas eu la possibilit\u00e9 de fr\u00e9quenter une \u00e9cole r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. De ces humbles commencements est n\u00e9 un apostolat florissant dans des \u00e9coles et dans l\u2019Oratoire, et rapidement les vocations commenc\u00e8rent \u00e0 arriver. Beaucoup parmi elles devinrent des missionnaires dans les pays de langue anglaise et autre.<\/p>\n<p>A cause des contraintes dues au Covid-19, il n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 possible de r\u00e9aliser beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements programm\u00e9s.
