Il \u00e9tait destin\u00e9 aux jeunes \u00e2g\u00e9s de 14 \u00e0 24 ans des pr\u00e9sences sal\u00e9siennes de Bolivie, Colombie, Equateur, P\u00e9rou et Venezuela, dans le but de renforcer les comp\u00e9tences en communication selon le style sal\u00e9sien.<\/p>\n<p>Le parcours \u2013 intitul\u00e9 <strong>\u2018\u2019Communication et charisme\u2019\u2019<\/strong> \u2013 a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9 lors de la<strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cgfmanet.org\/fr\/info-sphere\/educommunication-fr\/rencontre-des-coordinatrices-de-communication-cinab\/\">\u00a0Rencontre des Coordinatrices de la Communication de la CINAB<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, qui a eu lieu en avril 2025 \u00e0 Lima, au P\u00e9rou, au cours de laquelle une table ronde avec des jeunes a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion d\u2019\u00e9couter les pr\u00e9occupations, les propositions et les attentes, donnant naissance \u00e0 la conception du Cours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le 4 juin,<\/strong> avec un enthousiasme juv\u00e9nile et un esprit sal\u00e9sien, le lancement officiel du Cours a eu lieu, en pr\u00e9sence de repr\u00e9sentants de la Fondation Universitaire Sal\u00e9sienne de Colombie (UNISALESIANA), l\u2019Institution certificatrice, et de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de formateurs, qui ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le contenu avec une approche cr\u00e9ative, critique, interculturelle ancr\u00e9e dans le Charisme de Dom Bosco et de M\u00e8re Mazzarello.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le Cours s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 du 18 septembre au 19 novembre 2025<\/strong> en mode virtuel synchrone et asynchrone, avec un programme structur\u00e9 en deux modules.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Module No 1\u00a0: Connecter, communiquer et transformer. Communiquer \u00e0 partir de ce que je suis.<\/strong> Inspir\u00e9 de Sainte Maria Mazzarello, il est concentr\u00e9 sur les comp\u00e9tences interpersonnelles, <em>le leadership,<\/em> l\u2019\u00e9thique de la communication, l\u2019identit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique et l\u2019utilisation responsable de l\u2019information.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Module No 2\u00a0: Cam\u00e9ra, voix, action\u00a0! Communiquer dans la communaut\u00e9 num\u00e9rique.<\/strong> A partir de la figure de Dom Bosco, le communicateur, il a initi\u00e9 les participants \u00e0 la production de contenus multim\u00e9dias\u00a0: <em>narration, podcasts,<\/em> vid\u00e9os d\u2019information et de narration trans-m\u00e9diales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La m\u00e9thode \u00e9tait active et exp\u00e9rientielle, encourageant la participation des jeunes et l\u2019int\u00e9gration entre la culture num\u00e9rique, la vie quotidienne et les valeurs du Syst\u00e8me Pr\u00e9ventif. Un moment significatif a \u00e9t\u00e9 celui des <strong>\u2018\u2019Bonnes Nuits\u2019\u2019 sal\u00e9sienne,<\/strong> anim\u00e9es par les FMA des huit Provinces, renfor\u00e7ant l\u2019identit\u00e9 charismatique et le sentiment communautaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lors de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement de cl\u00f4ture du 26 novembre,<\/strong> les jeunes ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 certaines de leurs productions audiovisuelles, fruit de ce qu\u2019ils ont appris et de leur engagement envers une communication \u00e9thique, cr\u00e9ative et transformante.<\/p>\n<p>Au nom de l\u2019Institution certificatrice, Esdras Maldonado D\u00edaz, Coordinateur de la Formation Continue d\u2019UNISALESIANA, a encourag\u00e9 les participants \u00e0 apporter ce qu\u2019ils ont appris dans la vie quotidienne et au service de leurs communaut\u00e9s. De m\u00eame, s\u0153ur Celmira Serna, M\u00e8re Provinciale de la Province colombienne <em>Marie Auxiliatrice<\/em> (CMA) et Pr\u00e9sidente de la CINAB, a exprim\u00e9 son appr\u00e9ciation pour ce parcours et a soulign\u00e9 que la communication est un moyen de tisser des liens, de renforcer l\u2019identit\u00e9 et de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de l\u2019espoir dans les diff\u00e9rentes Communaut\u00e9s Educatives.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de cl\u00f4ture, le travail de formation de Dioyner Martes Villa et de Marco Padilla, enseignants responsables des deux modules a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu.
