Thomas Ap\u00f4tre<\/em> (INM), un atelier de formation a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 pour les enseignants du coll\u00e8ge sur les \u00ab\u00a0<strong>caract\u00e9ristiques sal\u00e9siennes de l&rsquo;enseignement sup\u00e9rieur\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;atelier avait l\u2019objectif de mettre en \u00e9vidence les approches \u00e9ducatives innovatrices des Filles de Marie Auxiliatrice et les valeurs fondamentales de compassion et d\u2019<em>autonomisation<\/em>, principes qui ont form\u00e9 et inspir\u00e9 une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d&rsquo;\u00e9tudiants dans la poursuite de la connaissance et de la vertu. Les connaissances acquises au cours de la r\u00e9union sont fondamentales afin d\u2019identifier des strat\u00e9gies et des approches pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e acad\u00e9mique 2024\/25.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9union a offert une vue d&rsquo;ensemble approfondie des apports historiques et actuels des s\u0153urs sal\u00e9siennes, notamment leur leadership visionnaire et leurs approches novatrices en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;enseignement. La compassion est l&rsquo;une des valeurs fondamentales de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation sal\u00e9sienne, qui implique l&#8217;empathie, la gentillesse et un engagement profond \u00e0 soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement personnel de chaque \u00e9tudiant\/e, tandis que l&rsquo;autonomisation offre aux jeunes la confiance et les comp\u00e9tences requises pour apporter une contribution significative \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me pr\u00e9ventif sal\u00e9sien adopte une approche globale qui favorise un d\u00e9veloppement harmonieux des aspects intellectuels, \u00e9motionnels, sociaux et spirituels chez les \u00e9tudiants\/es.
