Zway (\u00c9thiopie).<\/strong> Du 8 au 12 avril 2024, se tient \u00e0 Zway, en Ethiopie, l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00ab De Morn\u00e8se \u00e0 l’Afrique : R\u00e9seau d’EFTP des S\u0153urs Sal\u00e9siennes pour l’innovation \u00bb.<\/p>\n

L’\u00e9v\u00e9nement a pour objectif de d\u00e9finir ensemble – comme r\u00e9alit\u00e9s africaines et europ\u00e9ennes des S\u0153urs Sal\u00e9siennes qui s’occupent de la Formation Professionnelle – une \u00abcarte d’identit\u00e9<\/strong>\u00bb commune d’EFTP (Enseignement et Formation Techniques et Professionnels) des Filles de Marie Auxiliatrice et de commencer un chemin pour la cr\u00e9ation d’un r\u00e9seau international d’EFTP pour l’activation de collaborations stables pour la formation des jeunes sur le continent africain, am\u00e9liorant \u00e9galement de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s europ\u00e9ennes et nationales.<\/p>\n

Il y avait \u00a0\u00e0 Zway la Conseill\u00e8re G\u00e9n\u00e9rale pour les Missions, S\u0153ur Ruth del Pilar Mora,<\/strong> S\u0153ur Yvette Badini<\/strong>, Provinciale de la Province M\u00e8re de Dieu<\/em> (AFO) et Pr\u00e9sidente de la Conf\u00e9rence Interprovinciale CIAM, S\u0153ur Marie Dominique Mwema<\/strong> Mukato,<\/strong> Sup\u00e9rieure de la Visitatoriat Marie Auxiliatrice <\/em>(AES), S\u0153ur Chanda Nsofwa<\/strong>, collaboratrice du Bureau FMA pour la Pastorale des Jeunes et personne de contact \u00c9cole\/FP pour le CIAM, la Pr\u00e9sidente de la Fondation Ciofs Fp ETS, S\u0153ur Manuela Robazza,<\/strong> la vice-pr\u00e9sidente, S\u0153ur Silvana Rasello<\/strong>, le directeur, Massimo Peron<\/strong>, et la Dr. Donata Cutuli,<\/strong> repr\u00e9sentante de Fond Entreprise.<\/p>\n

Sont \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sents les repr\u00e9sentantes FMA de la Formation Professionnelle d’Angola, Zambie, Afrique du Sud, Lesotho, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzanie, Ethiopie, Soudan, Soudan du Sud, Cameroun, Congo Brazzaville, Guin\u00e9e Equatoriale, B\u00e9nin, C\u00f4te d’Ivoire, Ghana, Togo, Madagascar. , R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo, ainsi que des Ambassadeurs, des autorit\u00e9s internationales et locales, des la\u00efcs impliqu\u00e9s dans les Centres PF d’Ethiopie et des entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n

L’\u00e9v\u00e9nement repr\u00e9sente une \u00e9tape d’un parcours commenc\u00e9 il y a quelques ann\u00e9es par le Conseil G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l’Institut FMA, pour le d\u00e9veloppement d’un r\u00e9seau international sp\u00e9cifique de formation professionnelle des Sal\u00e9siennes, valorisant dans un premier temps les exp\u00e9riences acquises sur les continents europ\u00e9en et africain. Elle est pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e de plusieurs r\u00e9unions en ligne au niveau europ\u00e9en, d’une r\u00e9union organisationnelle tenue \u00e0 Rome en 2023 et de la r\u00e9union d’une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de la Fondation Ciofs Fp ETS avec des repr\u00e9sentants de la coordination des Centres FP d’Espagne, tenue \u00e0 Madrid en f\u00e9vrier. 2024.<\/p>\n

La semaine de travail en Ethiopie, en plus de repr\u00e9senter un moment important de connaissance et d’\u00e9change entre les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s europ\u00e9ennes et africaines, sera \u00e9galement, en ce qui concerne la Fondation Ciofs Fp ETS, l’occasion de lancer des projets de formation de jeunes des pays africains sur site et un travail d’accompagnement en Italie, valorisant les opportunit\u00e9s offertes par les \u00ab\u00a0Directives sur les programmes de formation linguistique professionnelle et civique \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger\u00a0\u00bb contenues dans le r\u00e9cent \u00ab\u00a0D\u00e9cret Cutro\u00a0\u00bb. \u00ab De notre point de vue, cela repr\u00e9sente une opportunit\u00e9 visant \u00e0 offrir des parcours migratoires s\u00fbrs \u00a0pour les jeunes qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait ce type de choix, en \u00e9vitant les voyages dangereux et les entr\u00e9es irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res dans notre pays \u00bb, d\u00e9clare S\u0153ur Manuela Robazza.<\/strong><\/p>\n
