Juan Bosco<\/em> (IRO)<\/p>\n<p>El 26 de noviembre de 2019, despu\u00e9s de la primera parte de informaci\u00f3n y de acogida de los j\u00f3venes participantes, empezaron las intervenciones dirigidas a la inclusi\u00f3n del Proyecto \u201c<em>Tottus impari<\/em>\u201d, con la activaci\u00f3n de cuatro talleres tem\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Coendi: <\/strong><em>Taller y clase de cocina sobre la cocina sarda-mediterr\u00e1nea<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Los j\u00f3venes, guiados por algunos expertos del sector, pusieron literalmente <strong>las manos en la masa, <\/strong>aprendiendo a preparar la pasta fresca y el pan, t\u00edpicos de la Cerda\u00f1a, conociendo as\u00ed los productos clave de la alimentaci\u00f3n mediterr\u00e1nea y las tradiciones del ambiente que los acoge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Memoria cultural <\/strong><em>como identidad colectiva<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Los j\u00f3venes inmigrantes visitaron Museos y lugares t\u00edpicos de Cagligari, de Barumini y de Sant\u2019 Ant\u00edoco, apreciando la historia y la belleza local.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Web<\/strong> <strong>Doc: <\/strong><em>El equipaje<\/em><em> &#8211; <\/em><em>Cagliari, historias de posibles inclusiones<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Los j\u00f3venes, con la ayuda de expertos, realizaron un documental en el cual intervinieron todos los que trabajan en la recepci\u00f3n de inmigrantes en Cerde\u00f1a, desde los operadores de los Centros de Recepci\u00f3n y Sprar, hasta la Caritas Diocesana, hasta los operadores del CIOFS \/ FP Cerde\u00f1a. Para la realizaci\u00f3n de las entrevistas todos los j\u00f3venes entraron en juego, contando y contando, dejando fuera todo su dif\u00edcil y doloroso pasado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Murales <\/strong><em>metropolitanos<\/em><\/p>\n<p>El taller de murales mejor\u00f3 una antigua muralla de la ciudad del Centro del CIOFS\/FP de Cagliari. Riccardo Pinna, el experto de la Asociaci\u00f3n Cultural \u201cSkizzo\u201d, que gui\u00f3 el recorrido, explica as\u00ed la obra de arte urbana:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab<\/em><em>Una textura urbana que recuerda la t\u00e9cnica del batik en sus formas: c\u00edrculos como s\u00edmbolo de movimiento, cuadrados que expresan est\u00e1tica y equilibrio, l\u00edneas que representan las calles recorridas y por recorrer y tri\u00e1ngulos como met\u00e1fora de las <\/em><em>subidas y bajadas que todos hemos de afrontar cada d\u00eda.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Un mosaico colectivo que habla de los colores del mundo visto desde lo alto: el blanco de los hielos, el amarillo de la arena, el marr\u00f3n de la tierra, el verde de la vegetaci\u00f3n y el azul del mar.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>El enfoque siempre diverso de estos simples elementos da vida a combinaciones originales y creativas y a un conjunto variado y multicolor que representa nuestro modo de interactuar y de conocernos en nombre de la cultura, del arte y de la colaboraci\u00f3n.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Las intervenciones ten\u00edan como objetivo crear oportunidades para la inclusi\u00f3n social y la plena participaci\u00f3n en la vida de la colectividad de los usuarios inmigrantes participantes en el proyecto.
