{"id":74948,"date":"2022-09-12T10:47:54","date_gmt":"2022-09-12T08:47:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cgfmanet.org\/infosphere\/viale-dedicato-a-madre-daghero-ipi\/"},"modified":"2022-09-13T21:57:54","modified_gmt":"2022-09-13T19:57:54","slug":"path-dedicated-to-mother-daghero-ipiviale-dedicato-a-madre-daghero-ipi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cgfmanet.org\/en\/infosphere\/path-dedicated-to-mother-daghero-ipiviale-dedicato-a-madre-daghero-ipi\/","title":{"rendered":"Path dedicated to Mother Daghero \u2013 IPI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Cumiana (Italy).<\/strong> On 3 September 2022, in Cumiana, in the Province of Turin, within the initiatives of the &#8220;September Cumianese&#8221;, a pedestrian path was named after <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1X46TsjkhhOst8NB1EeXnjhe1Y_qLiLhR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Mother Caterina Daghero<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, originally from Cumiana, Daughter of Mary Help of Christians and Superior General for 43 years, from 1881 to 1924, succeeding St. Mary Domenica Mazzarello, Co-founder of the FMA Institute.<\/p>\n<p>Present were the Mayor, Roberto Costelli; some members of the Municipal Council, Municipal Councilors, and members of local associations, as well as the FMA of <em>Mary Immaculate<\/em> Community of Cumiana, <em>Mary Help of Christians <\/em>Province (IPI); and the Directors of the <em>Peter Ricaldone<\/em> Institute of the Salesians of Don Bosco of Cumiana, Bivio locality; and of the Vocational Training Center of CIOFS-FP Piedmont, named after <em>Mother Daghero<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>After the designation, the Mayor gave the word to Sr. Roberta Berton, Animator of the FMA Community, who briefly recounted some details of Catherine Daghero&#8217;s vocation, underlining:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Mother Daghero continued the dream of Don Bosco and Mother Mazzarello on an urgency of all times: to be close to young people, in continuous renewal to understand what they need.
