Mazzarello<\/em> (FIL) of the Philippines and Papua New Guinea was held.<\/p>\n<p>The Provincial, Sr. Teresita Padron, shared the reflections offered by Fr. Pascual Chavez, Rector Major emeritus of the Salesians of Don Bosco, in Rome, during the XXIV General Chapter, in the conference entitled <em>&#8220;Be converted and you will live&#8221;.<\/em> Sr. Teresita underlined the precious role of the Bursars as administrators and dispensers of the God\u2019s graces in the Community and in the mission and gave the opportunity to each participant to share their experience in economic management in the Province.<\/p>\n<p>Sr. Maria Josefina Carrasco, Provincial Bursar, coordinated the meeting and presented some documents of the <em>Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life (CIVCSVA): the Guidelines for the Management of Goods in the Institutes of Consecrated Life and in the Societies of Apostolic Life (2014), and Economy at the Service of the Charism and Mission (2018). <\/em>She also took up the<em> Guidelines for the Management of Goods in the FMA Institute <\/em>(2017), with references to the Code of Canon Law.<\/p>\n<p>On the second day, a forum was held in which the Bursars and Administrators reported their practical contribution regarding the experiences of economic administration in the various provincial realities.<\/p>\n<p>At the conclusion of the Assembly, the General Bursar of the FMA Institute, Sr. Ena Veral\u00eds Bola\u00f1os, connected online from Rome, together with the General Councilor for Youth Ministry, Sr. Runita Borja, to greet the participants. Sr. Ena thanked the FMA for their service in the tasks of bursar and the administration of the communities and works of the Province and for their commitment to study the documents of the FMA Institute and of the Church.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><em><strong>\u201cA much-appreciated sign, which makes us credible in today&#8217;s society, is the communion of goods at the service of the mission through concrete, enculturated, and verifiable paths <\/strong>(Acts GC XXIII, 64)\u201d.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Philippines.
