{"id":51194,"date":"2021-09-12T10:08:13","date_gmt":"2021-09-12T08:08:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cgfmanet.org\/?p=51194"},"modified":"2021-09-06T23:36:36","modified_gmt":"2021-09-06T21:36:36","slug":"general-chapter-xxiv-online","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cgfmanet.org\/en\/ifma-en\/general-chapter-xxiv-online\/","title":{"rendered":"General Chapter XXIV online"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Rome (Italy). <\/strong>We are close to the beginning of\u00a0 General Chapter XXIV , an important event for every Daughter of Mary Help of Christians, Educating Community, and the Salesian Family in the world.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\"><strong>General Chapter XXIV<\/strong><strong> begins at \u00a0the FMA Generalate in Rome on 11 September 2021 and ends on 24 October 2021<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The General Chapter is a \u00abkey moment for evaluation, reflection, and guidance in a common \u00a0search for God\u2019s will\u00bb (<em>C <\/em>135). All the FMA, Educating Communities, lay people, and young people of the Salesian Family collaborate in the Chapter experience with a participation in prayer, study, and proposals. The purpose of the General Chapter is to deal with topics relevant to the mission of the Institute \u00abin order to be an ever-more efficacious presence in the Church and in the world\u00bb (<em>C <\/em>136).<\/p>\n<p>The theme of GC XXIV: <strong><span style=\"color: #993366;\"><em>&#8220;Do whatever he tells you&#8221; (<\/em>Jn 2:5). <em>Communities that generate life in the heart of contemporaneity&#8221;<\/em><\/span><\/strong>, makes explicit the objective that the FMA Institute proposes: <em>To re-awaken the original freshness of the vocational fruitfulness of the FMA Institute.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>On the institutional channels, the experience of the XXIV General Chapter celebrated in the heart of contemporaneity and lived in communion with all its interlocutors will be told.<\/p>\n<p>To follow <span style=\"color: #993366;\"><strong>GC XXIV <em>online<\/em><\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; On the<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> <strong>Institutional Website IFMA<\/strong> \u00a0(<a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cgfmanet.org\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.cgfmanet.org\/)<\/a><\/span><strong>: <\/strong>on the homepage and in the IFMA section, under the item <strong><span style=\"color: #993366;\">General Chapter<\/span>, <\/strong>news, reflections, interviews, etc. will be published.<\/p>\n<p>To involve all the interlocutors of the FMA Institute, in the <strong><em>Comments<\/em> on the news<\/strong>, resonances and brief contributions can be expressed.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; On <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Facebook <\/strong>(<a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/salesian.sisters.of.don.bosco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/salesian.sisters.of.don.bosco\/) <\/a><\/span>posts and photos will be published to accompany the events and themes of the Chapter reflection.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; In the section <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Resources Management<\/strong><\/span>, under the item <span style=\"color: #993366;\"><strong>Generale Chapter XXIV<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">(<a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1awnzsMwSk9PlgYjh8Pk0mVuYy7M9u02p\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1awnzsMwSk9PlgYjh8Pk0mVuYy7M9u02p)<\/a> <\/span>it will be possible to download the materials of the Chapter.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; In <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>FLICKR <\/strong><\/span>the photos that will document the GC XXIV event will be collected.<\/p>\n<p>There will be an opportunity to follow some important moments in <em>direct streaming<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The first appointment is scheduled for Friday 17 September 2021 at <strong>7:00<\/strong> (Italian time), with the <strong>Eucharistic Celebration presided over by the Rector Major Don \u00c1ngel Fernandez Artime<\/strong>, and at <strong>9:30<\/strong> (Italian time) the <strong>Official Opening of the XXIV General Chapter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On the <strong>Institutional Website IFMA<\/strong> the appointments to follow will be reported from time to time.<\/p>\n<p>May the XXIV General Chapter be a generative experience of life and hope for the Institute of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians.<\/p>\n<p><em>Good Journey!<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rome (Italy).
