{"id":30439,"date":"2020-09-14T12:06:15","date_gmt":"2020-09-14T10:06:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cgfmanet.org\/infosphere\/mausoleo-della-beata-maria-romero-rinnovato\/"},"modified":"2020-09-14T15:45:30","modified_gmt":"2020-09-14T13:45:30","slug":"mausoleum-of-blessed-maria-romero-renovated","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cgfmanet.org\/en\/ifma-en\/mausoleum-of-blessed-maria-romero-renovated\/","title":{"rendered":"Mausoleum of Blessed Maria Romero renovated"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>San Jos\u00e9 (Costa Rica).<\/strong> On 12 September 2020, at Casa Maria Ausiliatrice &#8211; &#8220;Sister Maria Romero Social Works&#8221; in San Jos\u00e9, in the Province of Our Lady of the Angels of Central-South America (CAR), the blessing of the renovated Mausoleum of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1o14ReYFID7UGf6h_LKDs3Kz_WVpJaV9b\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Blessed Maria Romero Meneses<\/a><\/strong> took place.<\/p>\n<p>The celebratory moment was presided over by the Archbishop of San Jos\u00e9, Msgr. Jos\u00e9 Rafael Quir\u00f3s, together with two Councilors of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/443694085725184\/posts\/3396478213780075\/?extid=xZxzWzr1xraZzNqG&amp;d=n\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Historical Theological Center Sister Maria Romero<\/a>, Fr. Oscar Eduardo Brenes, and Fr. Cristian Alberto Berm\u00fadez. The Provincial, Sr. Ena Veral\u00eds Bola\u00f1os, was present. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, participation was limited to about fifty people including FMA from different communities of Costa Rica, benefactors, and representatives of association groups.<\/p>\n<p>The remains of Sister Maria Romero since 9 November 1991, rested in the garden of the House which witnessed her life of prayer and her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cgfmanet.org\/en\/ifma-en\/amica-dei-poveri\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">works of charity for the poorest<\/a>. On 24 May 2003, following her beatification (14 April 2002), the first restructuring of the Mausoleum was inaugurated.<\/p>\n<p>The great devotion to Blessed Maria Romero, with the influx of numerous pilgrims, led to a new renovation project, with the official start of the work on 12 February\u00a0 2020, supported and implemented by the Association of Friends of Sister Maria Romero (<a href=\"http:\/\/asormari.org\/?fbclid=IwAR1REO72lmkId0PEqm-NelAlagcFeyCqpO_XUSpmpPYJypy8xZKnD3aYCls\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ASORMARI<\/a>). Dieci colonne sostengono l&#8217;edificio e da l\u00ec sgorga l&#8217;acqua della Vergine, che cade nei canali d&#8217;acqua che circondano il Mausoleo, in modo che il pellegrino possa prenderla e lasciare che Maria trasformi l&#8217;acqua nel vino che sostiene e porta alla guarigione.<\/p>\n<p>La Madre Generale delle Figlie di Maria Ausiliatrice, suor \u00a0Yvonne Reungoat, si \u00e8 resa presente con un messaggio:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cMi sento profondamente unita a voi in questo momento molto bello della benedizione del mausoleo di suor\u00a0 Maria Romero. Avete scelto un giorno molto significativo che ci ricorda il nome dolcissimo di Maria.
