Antonio Campelo, Salesian and Archbishop of Petrolina (State of Pernambuco, Brazil) and in 1984, the Sisters Mediators of Peace, religious belonging to the Institutes of Consecrated Life of Diocesan Right, formally ask to enter to be a part of the Salesian Family.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cgfmanet.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/gruppo-famiglia-salesiana3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"td-modal-image alignleft wp-image-1939 lazyload\" title=\"32\u00b0 Gruppo della Famiglia Salesiana\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.cgfmanet.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/gruppo-famiglia-salesiana3.jpg\" alt=\"32\u00b0 Gruppo della Famiglia Salesiana\" width=\"350\" height=\"494\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cgfmanet.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/gruppo-famiglia-salesiana3.jpg 540w, https:\/\/www.cgfmanet.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/gruppo-famiglia-salesiana3-298x420.jpg 298w\" data-sizes=\"auto\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 350px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 350\/494;\" data-original-sizes=\"(max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In 1986, Fr. Egidio Vigan\u00f3, then the Rector Major, responding to a letter of these sisters, wrote<em>: \u201cI rejoice at your presence in the Church and I join in congratulations for the progress you have made, (in waiting) that this stage of the experience end with the best results\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Currently, there are actually 70 religious in the Institute, assisted by around 300 collaborators who share with the sisters the pastoral and social-educational mission.<\/p>\n<p>Fr.
