{"id":15402,"date":"2019-12-07T18:02:09","date_gmt":"2019-12-07T17:02:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cgfmanet.org\/infosphere\/la-persona-le-persone-al-centro-economia\/"},"modified":"2019-12-19T18:24:31","modified_gmt":"2019-12-19T17:24:31","slug":"the-person-at-the-center-of-the-economy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cgfmanet.org\/en\/ifma-en\/salesian-charism\/the-person-at-the-center-of-the-economy\/","title":{"rendered":"The person at the center of the economy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Roma (Italia).<\/strong> Dal 4 al 23 novembre 2019 a Roma, nella Casa Generalizia delle Figlie di Maria Ausiliatrice, si \u00e8 tenuto il Corso di Formazione per le Neo-econome, con 28 partecipanti provenienti da varie Ispettorie del mondo, che si sono confrontate su diversi temi dell\u2019economia. 19 FMA e due collaboratrici laiche si sono aggiunte negli ultimi cinque giorni per un approfondimento sulla Piattaforma collaborativa.<\/p>\n<p>Il clima che si \u00e8 creato era sereno e di forte impegno, favorito anche dall\u2019accoglienza da parte della Comunit\u00e0 di Casa Generalizia (RCG) e della Comunit\u00e0 <em>Sacro Cuore<\/em> dell\u2019Ispettoria S. Giovanni Bosco (IRO).<\/p>\n<p>Alcune delle tematiche trattate sono state: come coniugare vita di povert\u00e0 e spirito di impresa; elementi di diritto canonico e leggi civili; Enti ecclesiastici e altre forme giuridiche di organizzazione; rigore della contabilit\u00e0 e protezione del Patrimonio; investimenti e sostenibilit\u00e0;\u00a0 management e vita religiosa; laici e carisma; il cemento, noi e l\u2019ecologia; protezione dei minori e responsabilit\u00e0 della Rappresentanza Legale;\u00a0 lavorare per lo sviluppo e cammino della solidariet\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Il ritorno delle partecipanti alle Ispettorie di origine \u00e8 pieno di sfide, ma sicuramente arricchito da principi orientativi condivisi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La persona e non il denaro sta al centro dell\u2019economia.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019economia \u00e8 a servizio della missione.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019Istituto FMA \u00e8 una grande famiglia, animata da uno stesso spirito, nel servizio dei giovani soprattutto quelli che domandano pi\u00f9 cura.
