Turin (Italy).<\/strong> The Salesian Family Spirituality Days <\/a><\/strong><\/span>concluded on Sunday, 18 January\u00a0 2026, in Valdocco, Turin. The final morning led the participants to a summary of the experience to feel as \u201cServants, believers, free and generous for the young people\u201d.<\/em> Everyone was deeply affected by the event of Cana, the biblical reference passage (Jn 2:1-11) and, in an environment of joyful family celebration, learned wisdom from Mary in looking at the personal situations of her own life and the challenges of the current world.<\/p>\n

In his homily at the Eucharistic Celebration in the Basilica of Mary Help of Christians, the Rector Major, Fr. Fabio Attard<\/strong>, began by saying, \u201cThis Sunday’s readings, providentially, whisper to us a single and fascinating truth: service is not an addition to our Christian vocation, but rather its beating heart, the very form in which our being disciples takes flesh and communicates itself to the world.\u201d<\/em> With his words commenting on the readings, he encouraged to live more consciously the path of the Strenna, \u201cDo whatever He tells you\u201d and to bring this vocation into their communities and families: \u201cBelievers, free, to serve\u201d.<\/p>\n
