Sr. Lucy shows a strong love for the Institute, together with a capacity to actualize the charism and communicate it. In the intercultural and multicultural reality of the Province, she sought to create and maintain the spirit of communion and the family spirit of the Salesian style.
Sustained by a deep interior life and devotion to the Eucharist and to Mary Help of Christians, she accompanied the growth of the Province and followed the formation of the numerous young people and sisters. With the heart of a Mother, she is attentive to the sisters, opening the doors to the poor and the marginalized.
She promoted missionary activities in the Province in favor of the families and for the development of women.
