The economic crisis already happening because of the Covid-19 pandemic that had a strong impact on the rate of unemployment due to suspension or loss of work caused by the quarantine, has further aggravated the state by the natural catastrophe, which leaves the families  hit with even greater economic insecurity.

In order to face this situation, the FMA of Most Holy Savior Province of Central America (CAM), implemented an assistance project for 50 families, a total of 300 people, that consists in the distribution of basic food necessities for a month.

The beneficiaries of the program are families tied to the Social Works of the CAM Province who have lost their jobs due to the lockdown, have suffered the loss of material goods due to the tropical storm, and to not have the economic possibilities to buy food in this emergency situation.
