Rome (Italy). The Grand Chancellor of the Faculty, Mother Chiara Cazzuola, Superior General of the Institute of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians, has appointed Sr. Piera Ruffinatto, FMA, Principal of the Pontifical Faculty of Educational Sciences “Auxilium” in Rome for the three-year period 2022-2025.
Sr. Piera Ruffinatto, already Principal of the “Auxilium” Faculty for the three-year period 2019-2022, is a Full Professor of Educational Methodology and the Preventive System of St. John Bosco at the Faculty. She is the author of books and numerous articles in specialized magazines on educational relationship, in particular in the Institute of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians, and on the Preventive System.
With the new mandate of the Principal, the commitment is renewed for all members of the Faculty to continue walking together for an ever more fruitful and incisive educational action of cultural and charismatic formation in the Church and in the world; to offer an effective and proactive collaboration to continue making the “Auxilium” a ‘community’ of cultural, human, and spiritual formation for young people; a living space in which the new generations can prepare themselves to become protagonists, according to their different disciplinary skills, in the construction of the world of tomorrow; an open, convivial, and universal place, where the multiple and different relationships that are experienced daily have the stamp of creativity and joy, of the conscious and constructive gaze of hope towards the future.
In communicating the appointment, the Grand Chancellor wishes Sister Piera Ruffinatto “a fruitful academic-scientific work in favor of the Faculty”.
